Question about HP ProBook 6540b Notebook
Windows ultimate 64 installed, but does not appear to be windows. Hangs on resume and sometimes fresh startup at the HP logo before windows. Drivelock is turned off in bios. Sometimes it is possible to push esc to enter the startup menu and then continue to load windows, but often it is not possible. Rarely it also hangs on fresh start of windows in the same way, but much less often - usually starts ok, but still often requires a long wait at the HP logo screen or pressing esc then enter to bypass it.
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
