SOURCE: How do I set my Canon EOS Rebel T3i 18 MP CMOS Digital SLR to auto mode

If you mean the auto exposure mode, turn the mode dial on the top of the camera to the "A+" position, between the "P" and the lightning bolt.
If you mean autofocus, set the switch on the lens to the AF position if the lens has an autofocus switch. On the camera, press the AF button (cursor-right) then turn the command dial to select the desired mode.
If you mean the auto white balance, press the WB button (cursor-up) then turn the command dial to select the desired mode.
In the auto exposure mode the ISO mode is set to auto, and you can't change this.

If you need a manual, you may download a copy here.

SOURCE: we have a Canon rebel XT EOS the flash pops up no matter what the

Frustrating I am sure. I had the same problem on my first XTi. I cannot remember what the settings were, but I think I was set for portrait and had flash set as the white balance default source. Therefore the camera always popped up the flash assuming that I wanted or needed fill flash.

Change you white balance to sun/shade/tungston etc as is appropriate, choose a faster ISO speed in lower light levels and try using the P or Tv mode and use a shutter speed that generates a middle range aperature for your particular lens.

SOURCE: accidentally deleted video from Cannon EOS 600D

It should be no problem getting it back with recovery software. Just try to stop taking any more photos or videos to lessen the chance of overwriting your lost video. See this article for instructions on how to recover deleted/formatted videos/photos.

Flash do not pop up - camara

Are you sure you did setup your camera correct? If you are in automatic, and there is enough light, the flash will stay where it is. If you did put the camera in flash off mode, it will stay put too.
What mode do you shoot your pictures?

Flash flickering on my 600d before shots

Do the pictures come out properly? It's normal for the flash to emit a couple of pre-flashes so that the camera can properly set the exposure. Also, if you have red-eye reduction turned on, the flash will fire several times to get pupils to contract.
