Question about Toshiba Computers & Internet
Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Hi mariecr901...
This is a help website, we do not have downloads here.
What we do is find where you need to go to get what you need.
Go to the following webpage and you can download the manual you need for your Toshiba laptop.
And the download is free...

SOURCE: arrow keys and fn key not working in toshiba satellite L755 window 7 ultimate 64 bits. help please.
Are those the only keys that do not work? Are you specifically saying the FN function key and not function keys F1 thru F12?
Did you spill a liquid on the keyboard? That will cause keys to not function. Have you taken the keyboard aloose for some reason? If so maybe you did not put the cable in all the way.
Maybe your keyboard has been hijacked by a virus or infection. Boot up in Safe Mode and see if the keys work. If so then you have a virus or infection.Turn off the computer, then hit the power button to turn itback on and immediately start hitting the F8 key repeatedly until you see SAFEMODE. Take the Safe Mode option and let it boot up. Safe Mode will lookdifferent to you, the screen will be darker and the icons bigger, this isnormal.
Run MalwareBytes if the keys work in Safe Mode. To run MalwareBytes I would reboot, but instead of taking the Safe Mode option, use SAFE MODE WITH NETWORKING so you can use the internet. Download and install MalwareBytes.
Go to www.google.com and in the search box type:"download.cnet.com" (without the quotes). Click the link to goto the site and look on the left side when the site opens up and you will see agray area that says FIND SOFTWARE. In the white search box under FindSoftware type: "Virtual Keyboard" (without the quotes) and click themirror to search. When the search results come back look for FREE VIRTUALKEYBOARD. Download and Install it. It's totally FREE. Alsouncheck anything that pops up other than the license agreement during thedownload and installation. You only want the Free Keyboard and not theother junk.
You can use it to solve your keyboard problem. Just open up whatever it is youwant to type on such as the web address in an browser, a word document, etc.,then open the Free Virtual Keyboard and it will sit on top of whatever you weredoing. You can move it around so that it is not in your way also.
