Question about Desa International Reddy Heater® RHERH125AT
A red wire hanging inside control mechanism on a Reddy Heater 152828 Model #R150. we need a schematic on the wiring to fix it.
It would help if you could find a users manual. Please le me know.

no it doesn't - the ignitor goes to printed circuit connectors on your control board. the ignitor operates on 120 volts ac. for repair parts on any reddy heater go to www dot desatech dot com

Just go to Tate Heater repair shop for heaters and replace the Thermal Switch. The part number for the Switch is 113848-01. See if they have one if not they can order it for you. I just fix mine and it is now it purs like a kitten. Just the way the manufacture intended. I went also went down the road of buying a new thermocouple to find out that I did not need it. My advice change the less expencive Thermal Switch first in your part replacement list.

runs for awhile shuts down with a big puff of smoke comes out poured diesel 911 thought i had water in diesel fuel cans nothing help need solution ASAP
