You can go to greenhilss shopping center in San Juan , Metro Manila . There are many service center there that fixes cellphones . They can configure your phone "open line" so that you will be able to use your globe sim card.
Contact your network operator and ask them to send the settings of GPRS. Install the same settings and re-insert the sim card.... you still face the same problem and then first reset your cellphone to factory defaults and then install the GPRS settings..

1. check the SIM in another mobile, whether working or not
2. if working then clean ur mobile with a soft cloth the reinsert the SIM
3. if SIM is not working in another mobile the ask ur operator for SIM replacement.
If your cellphone has no signal, then maybe there is no network coverage in your area or there is network problem being experienced in your place. Try to switch other sim to know that your cellphone is causing the problem or the network.
Hi there. Had the same problem with the same phone. I solved the problem on mine just chancing the setting for the network (triband) and searching the second sim card network in manual. Hope this will help.
