2000. Where is fuse for tail lights?

Do your headlamps work ?
Park/Marker/License/Tail Lamps
Voltage is applied to the turn/headlamp switch at all times. When the turn/headlamp switch is in the PARK or the HEAD position, voltage is applied to the following components:
The park lamps

The marker lamps

The tail lamps

The license lamp

The front marker lamps are grounded through the turn filament of the respective front park/turn lamp. The front marker lamps light as a result.
The automatic lamp control function turns on the park lamps and the headlamps. This action occurs when the ambient light sensor determines that the exterior lamps should be turned ON based on the amount of available light. When the BCM grounds the park lamp relay, voltage is supplied directly to the park lamps, bypassing the turn/headlamp switch assembly. When this action occurs, the following conditions exist:
The automatic lamp control relay is grounded.

The headlamps turn ON. Refer to Headlights/Daytime Running Lights (DRL) Circuit Description .

The lamps turn OFF when the BCM does not ground the park lamp relay or the automatic lamp control relay. This action is caused by the following conditions:
The available light reaches a predetermined level.

The ignition switch is turned to the OFF position

I have a mitsubishi projection tv. I need to replace the bulb. Does any one know the difference between a pure glare bulb and a osram neolux bulb? Which bulb is right product for my tv? Also, which bulb is...

When in doubt check with sites such as - check their online store first then email them if they do not show it. In most csases OSRAM is a great lamp...nore sure about pure glare...

I have a mitsubishi wd52528 and i have a blinking timer light that keeps blinking and won't go out. and it's keeping me from turning on the t.v.

In this case it can indicate various things, I would recommend that you get your users manual, because depending of the color and how fast it's blinking, it;'s the issue you will have.

My 52 inch WD52528 will not download the On Screen TVGuide listings.

Sounds like you are not using a cable/satellite box. If can't get the TV guide listings with just a direct connect to the cable outlet or via antenna or equivalent.

Mitsubishi WD-52528

That model has alot of issues with jamicon capacitors being bad. They are on every board of that model. I would suggest leaving it be, then if the problem gets worse. Then replace all jamicon capacitors at 1000uf on the entire chassis and your set will be fine. I would however suggest getting the service manual as they are involved getting apart, but a service center will charge an astronomical fee to service the set, and most do it at board replacement instead of component level repair. which is hundreds of dollars compared to a few dollars for new capacitors. Here is a link where you can get the proper afctory service manual if youd like one.
