the speaker in the flap stops working. so then i have to put on the
speaker and talk.I showed the phone to a mechanic, they changed the ear
flap with the ear piece but it worked fine for a few phone calls
only.Kindly advice.

There could be a Three problems. In all cases you have to get it serviced..
Cause no.1_ Your ear speaker has stop functioning.
Cause No.2_ There could be a connection loss with ear speaker.
Cause No.3_ IC which looks after ear speaker has stop functioning..

Hi, What controls the ear speaker of Nokia 6280is the flex of the phone. The flex is connected to the board of the phone and it also allows the screen to display. It flex enables the ear speaker to function. So what will make the ear speaker work better is too replace the flex of the phone because it's weak . After replacing the flex, every thing will work normal.
insert the ear/head phone in backpanel sound pin (Green color),
1.if You can hear the sound in ear/Head phone,then the problem is in the speaker.replace the speakers
2.if You can't hear the sound in ear/Head phone,then the problem is in your system audio driver.So Down load the audio driver which is suitable for your system and install it.
SEE DEAR JUST CHANGE THE EAR SPEAKER OF THE MOBILE OR CLEAN THE EARING PART OF THE MOBILE OR GO TO SERVICE CENTER AND CHANGE THE EAR SPEAKER FROM RUISHAB
This because in your handset there will be 2 speakers 1 is loud speaker and 2 nd one is ear piece speaker....
so the loud speaker is working fine ... There may be some loose contact in the ear piece speaker or the speaker might have got damaged ...
so if you are good at opening then just open your handset and check if there is any loose contact in the ear piece speaker .. is so fit it correctly .. or you replace the ear piece speaker with the new one ...
if you are not good at opening then just contact the technician ... he will do it ... The ear piece speaker is very cheap so no problem .. just buy the ear piece speaker which is compatible to your handset in the shop if you are doing it by your self ...
the technician might take the service charge for this that s all but the ear piece speaker is too much cheap ..
