your drive must lost the controller
search the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/SYSTEM/CurrentControlSet/Control/Class/search for "4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318"

if you doesn't find anything, search only for a part of the string.now search the propertys UpperFilter an LowersFilter and kill the value. If only one prop. is there, you must kill only the one value
