Question about Singer 2662
Model 2662. all of a sudden the other day when filling bobbin the needle was still moving. I don't know how to get it to stop. the bobbin is placed on the spindle & then moved over to the lever which is suppose to be the position for the bobbin to thread , but the needle to stay still. now all of a sudden it has decided to keep moving. any hel would be appreciated.
Something is broken, or slipped out of place. take it in for repair. While you are at it have it cleaned, checked and retimed if needed.

Your machine needs to go to dealer to rectify the problem. Your machine sensors are telling the machine that the needle bar is not idle while winding the bobbin and the flashing lights is a warning message. Nothing serious and your dealer should be able to fix it in 30 minutes. You need to remove the covers and hand wheel, so best to leave it to the experts
