Hi Melody Pringle - From what you have described it sounds like the refrigerator is experiencing a communication error with the control board or wiring failure. Try resetting the unit by unplugging it or flipping the household circuit breaker off. Wait approximately ten minutes and restart refrigerator. If it proves to be ineffective, contact a professional to accurately pinpoint any potentially more serious issue.

Installed a new control board in a Whirlpool G15FSAXVY04, display reads PE0 000 flashing, what should I do next

You need to program the control board to match the refrigerator. Look for the serial plate and locate the number following "Code". That number is the program code and you will need that value.

1) press and hold Door Alarm keypad.
2) Press and hold the Freezer Temp Down keypad.
3) Release the Door Alarm keypad and wait 3 seconds. The refrigerator display should read PE - programming mode.
4) Press the Freezer Temp Down keypad to confirm that you are in the programming mode. Compare the Code number displayed to the one you recorded off the serial plate.
5) If they are the same, press and hold the Door Alarm keypad for 3 seconds to exit the programming mode.
6) Otherwise, press the Refrigerator Temp Up or Down keypads to change the first digit in the program code to get the correct value.
7) Press the Freezer Temp Up keypad to move to the next digit in the program code to adjust that. Use the Refrigerator Temp Up/Down buttons.
8) Repeat steps 6 and 7 until all of the digits match the Program Code from the serial plate of your appliance.
9) Press and hold the Freezer Temp Down button until the display begins to flash to save the code. If you hear a beep, the code is incorrect and was not saved.

If you heard a beep, return to steps 6 and 7 to correct the program code. Then go to step 9 again. If the code was saved, press any keypad to exit the programming mode.

I hope this helps.

Jenn Air JFC2089HES Frig and Freezer not working.

Up is up and down is down......

What numbers is it changing back to? If you hear a fan that is good. Do you hear any 'clicking' by chance?

It is possible that for this, you may have a bad thermistor, but more information and or possibly an error code would help much more.

Can't change temp reading from centigrade to Fahrenheit on Howard Miller 645 697 weather sentinel

On the indoor panel...hold down the alert button until you hear 2 beeps and see up/down arrows displayed on front (bottom). Use the up/down buttons on the front until you get F instead of C. Push the alert button again so the up/down arrows disappear on the front panel.

Still showing code 88. We unplugged the Intex pump numerous time for more than 10 mins. After umplugging the unit several times for more than 10 mins. we powered the unit back up. We held the down button...

Okay!!! Kind of tricky sometimes.. After pressing the down button and you hear the first beep, quickly release the down button.. Now press and hold the up button until you hear the beep again and quickly release..The LCD should be blinking now and ready to set you time by pressing the up button...
If this does not work, you may have to call INTEX

Here's their info and I hope I helped.. Please rate me if I was helpful. Good luck...

I just replace my control board and freezer fan. I plug the refrigerator in and I get the PE0000 code. I try to go into the program mode by pressing door alarm and then freezer down key for three seconds...

I just fixed mine. With the PE00 0000 flashing press and hold the door alarm key, press the freezer down (-) button and hold, then release the door alarm button. after about a second release the freezer down button and the display should change to a steady PE00 0000 after about 3 seconds. Using the refrigerator + - buttons you change the code. The freezer + - buttons now control the position of the decimal point to change each number position. My code was 0302 (found on the sticker on the inside of the frig, right hand upper side. I had to follow the programming code found behind the kick plate on the right side twice, the second time it worked.

This just worked for me:
Press the Speaker button at the bottom right of the unit - you'll hear a dial tone.
Press Program.
Dial the number you want to put in memory.
Press the one-touch button where you want to store the number - press it long enough to hear 2 quick beeps.
Press Program again.
Press Program AGAIN, holding long enough to hear 3 or 4 quick beeps.

I hope this works, because I'll come looking for my own solution next time I need to program one of these!

Not getting any ice

Im gonna be bold and take a stab at this problem. (since I dont see anyone else doing it).... Lets see, Has anyone tried turning the freezer setting down a notch? Try that and give it a day. My theory is; ALL ice makers have a thermostat in them and if they arent at the right temp than they will not go into the "haverest cycle". When you press that button you force it through that cycle. Therefore if your freezer is cold enough, The ice maker won't make ice! This could also be a sign of a BIGGER problem..... Things to look for to help solve problem;

**Can you hear a fan running in freezer?
**Is there any snowy frosted ice on back wall in freezer?(at the bottom area)

Some more info at my website at:

This will give ya a wee bit more information....

Hold down the "Adjust" button (top left) for three seconds. It won't adjust unless you hold the button down.

Press "Mode" (bottom left) to change what you're adjusting, seconds, hour, minute.

Press the top right and bottom right buttons to adjust the number up and down.

Press "Adjust" again when you're done setting the watch.

To change date, alarm, alternate time, etc, press "Mode" to get to those functions before hitting "Adjust."

I hope that helps.
