If you mean Adobe Flash, you already have the Flash Player on your Kindle. It just needs to be enabled.
Go to any web page. Tap MENU. Tap Settings. Scroll down to "Enable Flash" and tap it. Select "Always On."

did you try the reset button ,it a very small hole that you can stick a pencil en ,try that if not go in and do a complete reset to factory .This is done by going under privacy
