Menu structure is: Menu/Settings/Profiles/Normal Profile/Options/Incoming Call/Voice Call Ringtone see details below Sound Settings You can customize various sound settings. 1. When the Idle screen displays, press the Menu soft key. 2. Select Settings and press the Select soft key or the Cingular icon key. 3. Select Profiles and press the Select soft key or the Cingular icon key. Use the Down Navigation key to scroll through the following list of available options: Normal Profile To access the available options for this calling profile, press the Options soft key. Highlight Edit and press the Select soft key or the Cingular icon key. Use the Left and Right Navigation keys to move between the various tabs. This menu allows you to alter the audio settings for the following categories: • Incoming Call: allows you to edit the properties for audio alert used for incoming phone calls. -_ Voice Call Ringtone: allows you to select a ringtone from your My Stuff (Phone) folder which contains not only the default phone ringtones, but also any new ringtones which have been downloaded from the Internet.
here are two ways to setup a ringtone for incoming calls.
From the Home screen tap Settings > Sound
& display > Phone ringtone. Tap the
ring tone you want to use on the list, and then tap OK.
You can also use a music file as a ringtone. To set up a music
file as your ringtone, please use the micro USB cable to connect the
phone to a USB port on your computer. The Connect to PC
dialog box displays and prompts you to choose Disk drive
> Done. Your phone's SD card is mounted as a drive
on your computer. You can now copy music files to the SD card.
After you have finished copying, open the notifications panel (by
touching and then dragging the status bar down) on your device; then in
the Notifications panel, touch Charge
Then tap All programs > Music
> tap the music you want to set as a ringtone (the music will start
playing) > press Menu > Set as ringtone.
You can set the music file as a Phone ringtone or Contact ringtone or
you can select Trim the ringtone.
CUSTOMIZING YOUR PHONE VOLUME Control the volume for Ringtone, Speakerphone, Headset, and Advanced settings. Ringtone Set ringtone volume and incoming call alert options: 1. Press [Menu], then press "Settings". Press "Sounds", then press "Volume". 2. Press "Ringtone". 3. Press / to adjust the volume level. Press to select Vibrate when High is the volume level. The volume settings available are: • Silence all: All sounds are off. • Vibrate : Phone will vibrate to alert you of incoming call or message. • Off: Only the ringtone is muted. • Ringtone mode: Low, Medium, High. Tip • You can adjust the ringtone volume with the side keys.

first of all open menu of your phone then tap on setup(the one with screw driver on it) icon to open it then select ring alert style and select your alert style you will see a bottun bellow displaying "EDIT" tap on it then a menu will apear with volume level, Ringtone line 1, Ringtone line 2, Massage tone....
you can edit all of them by taping on the folder type icon flashing in front of them......!!!!!
