I read about others having the same memory card issue with the CU500 since I have the same phone but didnt get the memory card yet. The solution seems to be the phone will not recognise memory cards larger then 512MB. If you use that size it should work just fine.

Ok well i have once had the same problem as you, Try taking out your memory card and blowing in the hole were the memory card is supposed to go. If this does not sucseed then try and contact the company or checking the memory card is the right one to fit into your mobile phone. I hope this works for you, Kind Regards, Shanice :)

When you incert a SD card it shows format after you format the card and you want to open it it still show format card. I did try the card in another phone and it worf perfect

Hello,

The memory card slot of the phone is faulty and need to be replaced. You will have to disassemble the phone and replace the memory card slot, and that is quite technical and difficult.

You can go to the menu, then you select the settings of the phone, then you select restore factory settings. That way, you will enter the security code of the phone. Then the phone will go back to factory settings. That should help you solve the problem.

But if you do not have the security code, i will suggest you flash the phone with the best appropriate software and cable.

That will do the job for you.

Memory card not ready

are you getting a format error? the card (if new) should be "ready" already. also you may want to verify in your owners manual that the phone can handle a 4 gig card.

LG AX8600 SanDisk Memory Cards "Getting it back Out"

To get the memory card out simply push it "inward" and quickly release it. It will pop out but very little. Grab it and pull it out. When pairing your blue tooth devices. Make sure both batteries are fully charged and they are both on. Put them both in close proximity a few inches apart. Read the instructions for pairing on the other device too (not the phone). Then follow the instructions for the phone as you did and after the password part allow them to "pair" it might take a few minutes. The phone will tell you when its done.
