You must first install the chipset drivers before installing any other drivers so that the hardware will work properly. This system only shipped with one Audio Option. 2. Choose Chipset install both drivers Ricoh and Intel

Base System Device drivers are usually installed by what the manufacturer calls "Chipset" drivers. If you are running Windows XP, there is an Intel Chipset driver available at the Lenovo Support Page for your model. If you are running an Operating System other than Windows XP, I would go to the above page and compare the drivers listed there with what you are seeing in Device Manager.
