put sim card back into #2..switch sim #2 by itself...now call the Lebera carrier from a land phone (the tech will help you reset the lebara sim card)..once you are back on with lebara switch back to dual sim.........
This things happens to me the.. Check the sim if inserted correctly. If you use sim 2 card slot (bottom slot), the metal connector of sim should face up. When you make a call, be sure you press the sim2 call(P2).
If you use the sim 1 card slot (top slot), insert the sim in facedown manner. When you make a call, be sure you press the correct button for sim 1 (P1)
i had same problem and have eventually solved it!!! Insert sim card into bottom slot with the gold face up. Make setting on phone got sim card 2 (not 1) You do this under UART setup (that's in the settings menu on the opening screen) and also under the profile menu highlight Only SIM2 open.
This did it for me and now can make calls with "call 2" option.
hope it will wotk for you
Go to settings , Dual SIM settings , and check that you're not in 'flight mode' (that's when the 2 X appear top left) and change it to either one of the 3 other options (Dual sim open, only sim1 open, only sim2 open).
