We can't get sound out of the iPod or the Bluetooth. Yet the radio works

does the audio for the cd work? Are you using an amplifier? If you are using an amplifier, you may be using the blue wire (power antenna remote turn on) instead of the blue/white wire (amplifier remote turn on) to turn the amp on. the power antenna remote turns off when leaving tuner mode.

I just bought an Alpine CDE- 103BT. When i turn it on, the radio works well but when i try to put a cd on or usb flash drive....no sounds...Help me pls

you have the wrong remote wire hooked up on the radio. there is more likely a blue, and a blue/white on the radio wires. hook it up to the blue/white, or if that doesn't work try an accessory 12v wire from somewhere else

1. you can go here and get a wiring manual with right model #.
http://www.alpine-usa.com/US-en/support/
2. The red wire goes to ignition switch/key.
Yellow wire goes to constant hot/battery.
Black wire is ground.
Blue wire is for power antana you do not need to hook that to anything.
You can look at this diagram for a little more help it is not your radio though but it will give you a reference point to look at. All radio red, yellow, blue, black wires are the same on all radios.
http://vault.alpine-usa.com/products/documents/OM_CDA-9884.PDF
go to page 42 on this site for wire diagram.
Good luck with problem.
