The gain knob is used to control how much the volume (output) of the amp increases with each increase in volume on the deck (installed in the dash). This is used to match speakers running of your deck. Other knobs are probably for a crossover (labelled in Hz). This controls what frequencies are passed to the speakers connected to the amp. A Highpass (HPF) crossover passes all frequencies above what the knob is set for. A Lowpass (LPF) pass all frequencies below what the knob is set for. A HPF is typically used when the amp is powering component or full range speakers to keep the ultra low frequencies (anything below 90Hz) from going to theses speakers. A LPF is used when the amp is connected to a sub. Subs dont handle higher frequencies very well.

You can change channels, you can't increase frequency. The Linksys WRT54g is a 2.4ghz Frequency wireless device. You can purchase a 2.4-5.0ghz Frequency Dual-Band device. If you have Devices with Wireless N Adapters you will benefit, theoretically, from a N wireless access point increasing speed. Do a little research, there's more to it than replacing a Wireless device. That's only one piece of the puzzle.

If all are in 12 o'clock position they are "flat" (nothing has been added or subtracted foam input signal) If you only have bass & treble, yes adjusting will affect "mids" but Mids change can go both ways dependent on increase or decrease of Bass and /or treble. By increasing bass you will pull some mids up also. By increasing treble you'll subtract some mids.

My processor is rated at 3000 but is only running


What you are trying to do is called overclocking, and there are some excellent guides for that on the internet, like here: http://www.compunamics.com/overclocking.htm
I suggest you read this before proceeding the overclocking.
You can open the BIOS (press a key like F1, F2, F8 or del during startup). Somewhere there will be a menu with options for voltages and frequencies (units in V and MHz)
As you have read, processor speed depends on the multiplier and front side bus speed: CPU Multiplier x FSB = CPU frequency.
Right now, your frequency is 2200 MHz (presumably 11 x 200)
To get it to 3000 MHz (3GHz), you either have to raise the option called FSB in the BIOS to 270 (270 x 11 = 2970), or increase the multiplier to 15 (200 x 15 = 3000). Before you do so, write both the values down, so that you can reset to them, in case things go wrong.
I sugest first trying to raise the multiplier from 11 to 15. It may however, be locked at 11. If you can get it to 15, you're done, your CPU is now running at 3 GHz.
If not, you'll have to go through some more trouble.

First, you'll need to find your memory (or RAM, or DDR) multiplier and frequency, in the same menu as the FSB and CPU multiplier. Write them down as well.
As you have also read, increasing the FSB will make your CPU and memory go faster. This may however, be too much for the RAM to handle.
With the FSB frequency and multiplier, you can calculate the frequency of your RAM just as with the processor.
You will now have to change FSB from 200 to 270, so you'll also have to calculate a new RAM multiplier, if you want the RAM to run at the same speed.
For example, your RAM frequency can be 200 (FSB) x 2 (multiplier) = 400. If you then increase FSB to 270, your RAM will run at 300 x 2 = 600. You will have to lower the multiplier to get as close to 400 as you can get, and preferably lower, if 400 cannot be achieved.
Having done this, you can slowly start to increase FSB, I would suggest by 10 at a time. As soon as the PC has trouble starting, in the BIOS, increase the CPU voltage by one step, until it runs stable again. However, as your CPU is rated at 3GHz, you shouldn't have any trouble with this,and should not have to increase voltages.

Sounds like the classic failing laser frequency problem. If you are any good at dismantling Xbox the DVD frequency potentiometer needs turning clockwise bout an eigth of a turn to increase the read frequency thus making discs readable once more.

I want to know what an User EQ is?


Most Audio devices will allow you to adjust how the music is played. an EQ is just something that can increase or decrease audio Frequencies. there are usually preset EQ levels that will make Jazz, Classical, Pop music sound better. this is done by increasing the High notes or increasing the low notes to give you more of a bass sound. User EQ settings allow you to manage the frequencies more to your liking. If you want to here the high notes better or adjust the middle to hear the vocals better then you can increase those levels. Or if you love your bass sounds then you would increase the lower frequencies to give your music more boom.

What is the problems by increasing clock frequency of processor?


Let me explain .. On each clock frequency as, a 1 GHz processor has 1X10 ^ 9(100,00,00,000) clock per second, can complete only and only one task. So many works on a moment, right? This is why it has to consume a lot of powers. Which certainly make it hot. U can see, a cooling fan is always keeping it cool. This Maximum clock per second is determined by the safest possible pressure on processor. If you try to increase it, processor will become hotter. If you can keep it cool, you may increase clock. But this increasing has a certain limit. It will start showing errors if you cross that limit still keeping it lower hot.

So with an efficient cooling system , you may increse the works per second...but till a certain limit.
