Hoover nextra 8 hnwf 7148 11 flash error code

Hi, my washer dryer keeps stopping at anytime during a program, it is not linked with emptying, filling spinning or heating. When it stops it gives 11 flashes of the leds, pauses and the repeats the flashes. I think it is error code 11. Can anyone tell me what this code means please. Its less than 2 years old and cost a fortune, i have 5 yrs parts cover and am wondering if its worth ringing them to come out or if it would be cheaper to repair it myself.
