How do I get Sony model KDL-52XBR6 TV table top Stand

Stands are made for specific models. You can order one from Sony or get a tv stand that has a wall type mount on it.

Remove stand from monitor

there will be screws on the back which will allow you to remove the stand, then on the back of the monitor their should be 4 screw holes, use these to attach a a flat plate wall bracket to it.
but if you can't remove the stand, then put a clap speaker bracket on the wall & just clap the base of the monitor, as this type of bracket can be adjusted both in & out & up & down.

I think ihave a audio on my monitor,so shoud it work

Hi,

I see that you believe that you monitor has a built in speaker on it, if your monitor does have built in speakers on it then the only way to make the speaker get audio from the monitor is to have it hooked up on your computer using an HDMI cable connecting your monitor to the computer where audio and video will be rendered by the HDMI port providing Video and Audio to your monitor.

But if your monitor does not have HDMI on it or you computer does not have an HDMI port then that will be an issue, if your computer does not have an HDMI port then getting an expansion Video card that has one will make thing work for you and get you audio out of your monitor.

If you are only using VGA or a DVI cable connecting your computer to the monitor then audio will not come out as it should on the monitor.

I hope this will be informational and helpful to your concern.

have a nice day,

I need a table stand for a Hannspree Model HSG1075 28" LCD HDTV

Did you need the table stand anymore? Where do you live. Im from germany and have wrecked a HannSpree HSG1075 today. The stand is o.k with minimal scratches of usage.

How to open a ACER AL1713 monitor

Hi - there are more hidden screws so you need to undo those:
  1. Where the stand joins on the back, there are two plastic bits either side of the pivot. They don't look as if they come off but if you squeeze them (squeeze top and bottom) then they unclip.
  2. Remove the 4 metal screws you have just revealed (2 each side)
  3. Remove the 4 larger metal screws holding the stand to the monitor
  4. Remove 1 metal screw that you have just revealed which was hidden by the metal plate on the stand holder.
  5. Use a straight-bladed screwdriver to create a gap at the bottom of the monitor between the silver front / black back of the case.
  6. Open this up all around, and remove the silver front - undo the multi-cable connector which connects to the operating buttons and put the silver part to one side
  7. Lever out the monitor chassis.
  8. Put the LCD face down on a table but make sure there is nothing underneath it (I have two black blobs where mine sat on a bump in the table!)
  9. Then open up the cage with the electronics in it, by undoing 2 screws and sliding the cage off.
  10. Remove the four screws holding on the power board (the big one with a mains connector, disconnect any connectors, and then remove the board.
If your monitor is not working (even if the power light is dead), check for swollen electrolytic capacitors (tall things with an x at the top, made of metal with plastic around them). If you have swollen ones, that's probably why the monitor doesn't work. Replace them (make sure the + and - sides are in the correct places when you replace) and hopefully your monitor should work.

If it still doesn't work, look for any heat damage and poor soldering.

No sound from inbuilt speakers

this may be a second post since it appears that fixya didn't take the first one:

you should have a speaker cable in addtion to the monitor cable (big thick cable) coming from the monitor. the speaker cable (much thinner with similar plug as free standing speakers) needs to be plugged into the sound output jack on the back of your computer (jack is possibly colored green).

No speaker hook up on new moniter

If your old monitor was a Compaq, it had slots for the speakers to hang on and provided the power for the speakers. The speakers still got their input from a cable that plugged into the computer sound output jack. If those speakers are the style Compaq supplied when I worked at a Compaq service shop, they originally came with metal stands that fit into slots on the back so you could stand them up on their own, and a 12-volt power adapter so you could use them without the monitor. If you don't have those pieces, you can buy a suitable power adapter (12 volts DC at 1 amp) at Radio Shack but the speaker stands are hard to find. You could try eBay, or just make a holder of some kind. (A friend of mine used those little wooden stands you can buy to display plates to hold her speakers when she got a new monitor. They worked out pretty well.)

Or you can replace the speakers. A new set would have everything you need. But those Compaq speakers sounded pretty good, so if they're still working you might want to keep them.

Position of monitor

There is no mechanism on the stand to raise or lower the monitor.

Aside from removing the stand an setting the monitor on the table leaning against something or machining a shorter stand, there is no way of lowering the e196fp display
