Question about HP LaserJet 1012 Printer
So the printer used to work fine before the computer was reset, right? the operating system you had is the same you have now? (like you had XP and now have Vista, or kept the same?) cause if you changed operating system you might have a driver version conflict.
this printers have a green button right? if so, what happen if you press it? does it print a demo page? correctly??
i recommend you to go hp.com and download the newest drivers for your model and operating system.
if this doesnt solve the issue (but the demo page came out OK) then you may want to check your communication cable. and do the reinstalling procedure again.
if still not working you will have to take your printer to be reset, or look over the web on how to, that information is classified.
