Question about Canon PowerShot S80 Digital Camera
I have a power shot S80 and Windows XP. Since a few weeks, when I connect my camera via usb, the system replies "..Impossible to check in your camera. Control the connection to the camera, then retry".
I've just unistalled and istalled again the sw. I've also looked for upgraded drivers, eventually, but I have not found anyone for Win XP.
Could you help me?
It's very hard to troubleshoot software problems online, and it likely is a software issue. But why put up with the headaches of bad software in the first place? Please see the following post, as it outlines a much easier, faster, and less error prone way to download your photos:

click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
