If the unit clicks twice it souds like the relay makes then breaks, take a look at the relay contacts if you can get at them, also check the wireing to the relay for damaged connections or bad soldered joints.
Spray the contacts with electrical contact cleaner.

New welder, only fed wire a couple times now it wont work

the noise you hear is the relay for the wire feed,it means that your tension on the wire needs to be set, tighten it if it is too loose and loosen it if the roller on the feed is moving but the wire is not, also, make sure the wire moves easily in the handle, always keep your cords straight so they dont bind.

My lincon welder sa 250 won;t turn on after i turn it off

Lincoln's welders have a very weak on/off switch sometimes you need to wiggle the switch a little bit to help make contact. Try this, open the welders cover and using an insulated tool and insulated gloves try to bridge the switch. If the machine makes contact then buy a new on/off switch and change it.Other tip is to check your cable plug to see if all cables are still in place.

I have a fuel a lincon 300 g starts for a couple seconds then fuel stops going into carb and dies, could it be the fuel pump?

If the unit sat for a while the jet in the carb is clogged,if this is the case the carb must be removed and dissasembled, the jet has a small orifice that can be cleanened with a paper lip or a torch cleaning wire.

I have a craftman mig 110v mig welder arc problem

Check to make sure the contact is not touching the nozzle of the mig welder. This would definitely short it out!

My ipod nano wont do anything

  1. Toggle the Hold switch on and off. (Slide it to Hold, then turn it off again.)
  2. Press and hold the Menu and Center (Select) buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears, about 6 to 8 seconds. You may need to repeat this step.
Tip: If you are having difficulty resetting your iPod, set it on a flat surface. Make sure the finger pressing the Select button is not touching any part of the click wheel. Also make sure that you are pressing the Menu button toward the outside of the click wheel, and not near the center.

Hope this helps
