If the unit clicks twice it souds like the relay makes then breaks, take a look at the relay contacts if you can get at them, also check the wireing to the relay for damaged connections or bad soldered joints.
Spray the contacts with electrical contact cleaner.

Coming out of the breaker box going to the welder plug what size wire should i use to run a lincoln 225 welder

It depends on how far away you are going to be away from the breaker box, using a #2 wire should be fine for your welder.

My lincoln 225arc welder wont weld

Have you disconnected the transformer wires from the block in the back and used an ohm meter to see if you are getting a reading through the wires? If you don't have a reading or no beep then you may have a bad transformer. Also check the wiring running from the block to the transformer to make sure the wires are not burnt or coming loose. Have you tried to weld on different settings? Look on the back of the tremels to make sure you don't have burnt spots on the switches. Make sure leads are good and ground is good.

Lincoln 3200hd. welder, when power switch turns on, the fan comes on, but when i pull the trigger on gun to start to weld nothing happens the wire does not feed. i am not sure what is happening

open the area were the role of wire is and check when trigger pulled if any action to feed motor. [wire might be stuck at end, or there usually is a small fuse in that area for feed motor]

Problems with welding with a Forney 180 amp. Arc Stick Welder

check your input power connections on the primary side of the welders transformer, then if its an infinite control welder check that control, otherwise if it's a plug- in selectable amperage check these connections,it sounds like the infinite control is getting dirty and not passing all the current it shows on the control, also double your O.C.V. on the secondary and see if its with-in welder specs

Have you connected the feed from your breaker box to ADJACENT lugs on a dual pole breaker? By code you must use a ganged breaker.

You should use a voltmeter to verify the plug is getting power on teh desired pins.
