Problem for Bush DVD142RC 14 in. TV/DVD Combo
TV/DVD unit locked in Standby mode

I have no remote control or manual for my Bush TV/DVD combo - Have just bought the one for all 2 URC-3426 but I can't set it up because I can't switch the TV on or off it stays in standby can you help me to overcome this problem

If you still have the TV:
Common cure for "stuck in standby"
1. Unplug from mains
2. Press main power switch on/off about 20 times
3. wait about 5 minutes
4. plug it back in and try turning it on as normal (i.e into stand-by then CH+ etc)
It has worked for me on about 8/10 TV sets found stuck this way

When this model is in standby mode Channel up or down should take it out of standby.
While using the URC22B remote try codes
