I had this same problem I got a new cable box mine was outdated. However some channels still are smaller than the screen check different channels to see if they are all the same/small. the new cable box was called a MIDI box. My flatscreen was new when this happen it was the cable box not the tv
With most televisions there are two options why you won't get any image on your screen: 1) You are using cable and haven't chosen a channel yet, try using the power button, and immediatly chose a number of which you know is a chanel. 2) You are using a DVDplayer, Digital television, ... and your tv is still connected to the cable or another input. Look for a button on your remote that is shaped like a square with an arrow pointing in it from the side, hit this button to swap between input channels to find the right input.
Some cable companies use the 'tier' pricing with their "Packages". Here in Tallahassee it goes something like this..............................
1) Basement 'Basic" pkg. No converter.>>>>>>>>>>Lineup>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> CH 1-9 2) Basic w/converter.>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>It varies, but there are a lot more than 9! 3) Basic w/Digital converter>>>>>>>>>>>>>> more channels,and PPV 4) Premium pkg>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>HBO,Sports etc.
Go to the menu on the TV, run auto channel search, and check the type of signal assigned, i.e. Antenna or cable. Good Luck!

go to tech support and e-mail a lady by the name of Kamisha Fernandez. She will email to you the user manual. She did for me and it was a great help. But what I need is the electronics schematics to the RX326 if anyone can help out on this matter.
Try this as your model is basically the same as mine.
Push Menu on your remote. Then a small screen comes up. Using your left right arrows move left to set up. Scroll down to tuner mode and again using left right arrows, there are 4 setting you can choose. Once the setting you choose is showing then scroll up to Channel Searching and hit OK on your remote. This will scan all the channels Digital and Analog.
Depending on which of the 4 setting you picked on TUNER MODE you may have to do this again in the next mode to see which will get the most channels on your TV.
Maybe the input on the tv needs to be adjusted to work with the cable tv for example in the tv menu where you can adjust the sources for the inputs maybe it is set to something like RGB instead of HDMI. If you have a user manual consult it on how to change the input devices. Good luck.
