The Innovage site is a bit confusing to me. I just purchased the above phone but the instructions had been removed.Where do I go and how do I download the instruction manual? The model id number is 1604007.

1/ ensure that it is NOT in hands-free mode. You can check by seeing that a year is at the bottom of the LCD screen. eg 2004 2/ Press the DELETE key to show the LCD in normal view 3/ Press the Set / Save key to enter the setting mode. 4/ Use the updown key to choose what you want to set - eg date or LCD brightness etc. 5/ When you find the function you want - press the set-save key again - and enter the date (or whatever) using the up and down keys. Note: the up / down keys will alter whater field is blinking. To tab onto the next field, press the set/save key again. 6/ Press delete when done to return to normal screen. The rest is fairly self-explanatory - except the Auto IP functions. All the manual says is: "not applicable in the USA market".

I'm not sure how it happened, but solution #4 was posted before I uploaded that manual. The date shows it was posted 2 months before mine, so ignore that it says "its a junk". The file I uploaded is not a junk file. I am more than happy to mirror it from a different file share if anyone has problems with rapidshare.

Thanks for trying but this was useless. Pressing delete key does nothing, zip, nada whether the handset is in the cradle or in your hands (off hook).

I HAVE THIS PHONE AND THE PHONE DOES NOT RING OR TALK WITH THE NUMBER WHEN A PERSON CALLING HELP WITH THIS
The only time the LCD panel displays any information is when the handset is off the hook and then nothing works as described in the operations manual insofar as setting the phone up for the first time is concerned. If the handset is off the hook the LCD shows the calendar and etc but it goes awy when hung up.
There are no instructions with the phone. I can't get out of the 24 hour mode, among other features I'd like to use.
