Question about Washing Machines

Open Question

I have a LG fuzzy logic that keeps on leaking underneath from brand new. What can I do to fix the problem?

The machine leaks underneath, seemingly on the left side with almost every wash, with or without washing powder. It could possibly be at the end of 'rinse' when changing to 'spin/.

Hi,
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
goodluck!

SOURCE: leaking washing machine

you need to clean above where the drawer goes in, the water jet holes get blocked and spray sidewards. also you can reduce the water pressure at the supply tap to a fast trickle this will avoid jets of water flowing over and forward of the tray.

SOURCE: washing machine leaks from underneath after rinse cycle

i would 1st look to make sure the drain hose is not loose or broken. be sure it is staying in the drain pipe in the wall.it could be a cracked housing on your pump. hope this helps

SOURCE: LG Fuzzy Logic

Place a piece of magnetic material at the edge of the lid, for the wf-s6697tc model.
Standing in front of the washer, it is slightly off centre to the right (at the edge where the lid covers, space between the wording speedy soak & fuzzy). If you pay attention to the lid, you might notice some brownish rust stain.
This is where they place the magnet.

SOURCE: LG Top Loader Fuzzy Logic 5.5. The water

Hi,
No you just need to get the drain hose up higher...the water is siphoning out and is either caused by the end of the drain hose still in water and not having an air gap or the hose is not going up higher then the top of your washer...
Lifting the hose up should give you an air gap and get the hose high enough to stop the siphoning...

We have a LG Fuzzy logic 5.0kg WF-T507. When not working, cold water is slowly leaking into the tub. The hot water is also not flowing when needed.

The fill valve could be defective but the leakage into the machine when idle could be caused by supply line(s) above the fill valve level. Some manufacturers recommend turning off the supply between wash sessions but in practice that tends to be impractical.

you will need to narrow down where the water is leaking from. under the door...? behind the bottom drain door..? underneath machine..? behind machine..? leaks can be found in many areas.

I have an LG Fuzzy Logic top loader. it keeps draining water out

If it's really as you described, when draining at the same time filling up, then it's a problem in the main control board. You'll need some electronics knowledge to repair it, or just replace the main board
