How old is it? The OLEDs on mine went south after a few years. I find the pen, albeit a great idea, the execution is junk. No user replaceable battery?? Its really planned death.
Dear Sir
It depends if your pen drive has a manual cd with it or is it an automatic plug and play. If it has a cd than you should first install the driver from the cd that comes along with the pendrive Otherwise in automatic plug and play when you attach the pendrive in the usb port of your notebook the notebook will show a msg "new device detected". Now click the "My computer " icon ,where you can see a new drive appearing with your hard drive. copy the necessary data from our notebook and double click this new appearing drive and paste your data there (OR) after selecting the data right click on the data and go to "send to" option where a new menu will appear in which your pen drive will be appearing. click the option of your pendrive.
hope this solves your query.
regards.
You can set your pen drag function to adjust the brightness.
Click the drop down menu on the top right of your screen, then click "system", then "prefs", then click the button at the bottom of the screen that says "pen". Next, click the drop down menu beside the little icon that looks like your clie. Click that and select "brightness". Now, when you drag your stylus from the bottom to the top of the screen, a little slider bar will appear to adjust the brightness.
1) Ensure that a cartridge is not inserted2) Hold down the Hint (?) button while turning the unit on. Continue to hold the Hint button down until the LEAPSTER menu appears.3) When the LEAPSTER menu screen appears, press the A button4) Touch each of the crosshairs that appear with the stylus5) Restart unit
Sounds like it's fried. Pen drive sometimes go bad, especially is they are pulled out of a machine without stopping it first. Not much you can do, sorry.
