Question about Philips HTS-3555 System
I plug the h.theatre and it get on. I can't turn it off, nothing works and the displays of the screen says DISC. This trouble begins about 1or 2 month, im trying to resolve this problem from but i can found nobody that give me help. Thanks for your help.
Same thing happened to mine. I called customer support and got it fixed. Unplug the DVD player for 30 seconds. Hold in the open/close button while you plug back in. Keep holding the open/close button and it will open in about 5 seconds. It is some kind of reset code from overheating.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
