Question about Canon PowerShot A75 Digital Camera
When my Cannon PowerShot A75 is turned on, a dark/flickering screen appears. One cannot view the subject through the LCD monitor. If the viewfinder is used and a picture is snapped, only the dark/flickering screen is photographed. If this fixable or do I need to buy a new camera?
This sounds like it might be a defective CCD imager. If so, Canon should fix this for you for free, including free shipping both ways. This is regardless of your camera's warranty status. Please check the following two links for more info:
