Hello,
Start buy draining 20% of your water and adding fresh.
Filter normal for about 12 hours.
Now test your salt PPM
You can get a salt test kit at any pool supply
you want your salt ppm to be as close to 3000 as possible
any lower than 2700 and you will not produce enough sanitizer and over 3500 can produce high salt code, just taste bad, and ruin your cells in the unit
As for not working, yes the unit will not function properly with any code that comes up

I have a 700 litre outside spa pool with a 1 kwt heater.I only turned it on today but the suitable tempiture of 37 celcius (about 100 oF )cannot be obtained. It has been on for 12 hours today.

A 1 Kilowat heater is very small and 1/6th the size that you would use on a 300 gallon spa. Theres a good chance one or more of 3 things are happening.
-Heater is undersized
-Not enough water flow through the heating element
-Calcium or salt build-up on the heating element.

Replace the element, and do ot with a 2-3KW heater at least if your spa pak will allow for it.

Intex 9 x 18 ultra pool with salt water system. Came home and low salt light on added up to 40lbs and continues to be on. Don't want to add anymore please advise.

IF YOUR CHLORINATOR IS DIRTY IT WILL GIVE YOU THIS READING. USE HOUSEHOLD VINEGAR TO CLEAN THE CHLORINATOR PLUG 1 END AND FILL ABOVE THE PLATES AND THE COPPER IONIZATION ELEMENT. LET SOAK I HOUR AND BACKFLUSH WITH POOL WATER . HOOK IT BACK IN THE SYSTEM AND THAT SHOULD FIX THE PROBLEM. IF NOT CHECK THE POOLS SALT CONTENT. IT SHOULD BE .003 PPM. IF NOT ADD SALT ACCORDING TO THE MANUAL ON YOUR SIZE POOL.

We keep getting code 92 (high salt). There water

From the FAQ, What should I do if code 92 appears?

There are several things you may need to check and do:

- Test the salt level first with Test Kit, drain approximately 20% of the pool water and refill with fresh water.
- If code 92 still appears despite the above step, there might be a electrolytic cell failure. Please contact Intex Service Center, and replace the cell if needed.

Code 93 saltwater system

Hi, Code 93 is telling you that the system is done running, did you mean to say it said 92? That code would be for too much salt. If indeed it is a Code 92 you are getting, give Intex a call, or email. I have found their website to be very helpful, they have a F&Q's area. Good luck!
