The body ot the document is missing, I have tried everything to sort out this problem...can you help!!!
I've had this as well printing from many sites. Typically happens when a site uses frames to display information. make sure you've clicked in the frame that contains the information you want printed, and choose "print preview" from the printer menu. This will show you what it will print (and most web browsers have the option to print all frames, or just the selected one. Make sure print "all frames" is turned on
