How do you load nails in stanley tr250 staple and nail gun??

The magazine on the TR250 has a recess on one side as well as a relief at the top where the driver pushes them through the opening. Load the brads/nails on that side of the magazine and it should operate properly. AS A REMINDER: ALWAYS REMOVE NAILS/STAPLES/BRADS WHEN NOT IN USE AS THIS WILL WEAKEN THE SPRING AND CAUSE FEED PROBLEMS IN THE FUTURE.

My stanley model tr 250 seems to be jammed up and won't load staples

Generic comment.

There should be a pin or a screw (probably with a locking nut) on the business end of this machine. Find it, remove it and the track should pull down allowing you to clear the jam.

I hope this helps

My arrow fastener model t-50m is jammed how do I remove the few

I have a similar issue with my T50m stapler. To remove the staples unscrew the locking nut near where you load the staples and remove the tapppered bolt. The track will lift out and the staples can be easily removed. Why this is happening is unknown to me also. I purchased a new gun.

Loading a stanley electric stape/nail gun

The problem you are having is common, so don’t feel bad. I learned all of this helping another individual that had no idea how to use this tool. The confusion comes from the fact that it loads differently than most staplers. The staples are NOT loaded on top of the pull out shaft; they are inserted directly into the slot that opens when you pull the shaft out. The other big issue is a safety feature. If the nose of the tool is not placed firmly against a surface, it will not fire. Go to Stanley’s website’s knowledge base and type in the model number TRE550, and you can get a PDF of directions. Here is a step by step with a pic below: Unplug the tool. Squeeze the end of the shaft at the rear bottom of the tool and pull out the shaft. Flip the tool over on it’s back. Insert the staples, (points up) and then slide the shaft back in. Plug it in, press the on button (under the the power cord in the back). Press the nose squarely against the material and press the trigger.a665293.jpg
