Question about Panasonic TH42PX60WALL 42 in. Plasma Television
My TV was previously recesses in to a false chimney breast and shortly after removing to use in another room the screen has developed a green tint. I am assuming that this was due to some sort of overheating and was wondering if anyone can provide any info or ways of fault finding. Thanks.
a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.

Try to observe the problem when there is a white screen or predominantly white screen. If the screen is green or yellow where it should be white, its most likely a problem with one or more of the small LCD panels in the TV's light engine.
Its an expensive problem to fix. The light engine most likely will have to be replaced. Check with Panasonic customer relations for possible assistance.

unfortunately the process cant be reversed. the glass filter have (which is in plastic material) has to be replaced by a new one. it is recommended to clean the screen using micro-cloth only.

One color plug in the back was unplugged - Since the TV had not moved we didn't think to look for that. The cable bundle must have been bumped causing the problem - I feel a bit silly that I hadn't looked for that. Thanks for your follow-up.
