Troubleshooting wireless is nearly impossible in a forum. Shure has some hints in their FAQ, but it is best to call them, as they are experts with their products. Call 800-516-2525.

The LX series was discontinued by Shure several years ago. They no longer have any new transmitters that would work with your receiver. You could look for a used transmitter, but it would need to be on the exact same frequency as your receiver. That will not be easy to find.
