It depends on what is wrong with it. If it's a broken screen, there aren't a lot of options (the screens cannot be repaired or replaced), and your only bet would be to return it to where you purchased it (Best Buy?).

First, I'd suggest working through the site at http://www.insignia-products.com to troubleshoot. Another good option would be to check the Insignia section at anythingbutipod.com where they have a decent community sharing information about the line of MP3 and MP4 players.
Or, posting the problem description on here might help too, although most hardware problems (cracked or dark screens, wheel movement not registering, etc) are difficult to fix yourself.
