If there is sufficient voltage at the amp, you may have blown the woofer. If you have another speaker, connect it to the amplifier to see if it plays normally. If not, the amplifier may have failed. Let me know what you find.

The best thing to do is to get a amp that is more watts than your subs, not the other way around, speakers are known to handel a lil more power but amps cant produce more power than they are capable of... your ground wire should be thick also, say 6 to 8 mm or so, and its best to put in a cap and an equalizer.

Can it power the subs? Yes.
Can it make them crank? Well, that all depends on your expectations. That amp/sub combo is going to give each sub about 125W, which isn't much. But if it's what you have, it's better than nothing. You might also consider using only one sub and bridging the amp. This would put about 340W on the one sub, which is much more reasonable.

cheack ur wires from ur head unit to the amp un plug the positve wire frome the amp and the remote wire wait bout 30 sec and then plug it back in
