once cleaning is completed and completely cooled down. Turn both knobs off. turn both knobs back to clean and hit cancell button twice. should un-lock then

Had this EXACT same problem the day before a party where I needed the oven for lots of baking.... Tried all sorts of things, was about to call a repair man- I FINALLY got it to open by following the first two directions for putting it into self clean mode (turned both knobs to CLEAN), then when it said to lock door I tried to move the lock lever and bam it worked! the self clean cycle will run for 2-3 hrs and the door will remain locked for another couple hrs while cooling let it finish and wait till the next day basically if it still wont open (sorta common) the door lock assy needs replacing.
