Easy to fix. Remove the head and pull out the cylinder. There should be an oring around a series of tiny holes drilled into the lower part of the cylinder. Replace the oring with any that will stay snugly in place. Also replace the piston oring with generic oring. The piston oring should just hold the piston in place in the cylinder with-out sliding down the cylinder under its own weight. Good luck

look for a transporring screw...this small screw is installed from the factory to keep the internal mechanisim from moving on transport trucks...give the case a complete look over..for a raised screw that looks out of place or temporary.

I have a BTC keyboard, Model #: 9000A. A wire became broken in the PS/2 male plug. I need a Schematic so I can solder on a new plug. I know this is a very old keyboard, but I like it and do not have the...

Unfortunately there is no color code for the cables in the PS2 connector. All the details that I can give you is that if this is the PS2
The pin #1 moves DATA.
The pin #2 is not connected or DATA2 (usually not connected)
The pin #3 is GND
The pin #4 is VCC for power (+5 VDC)
The pin #5 is CLK for Clock
The pin #6 is not connected or CLK2 (Usually not connected)

My sliding door is locked and won't open. There is a u-shaped mechanisim inside the sliding area that the door lock is catching on, how do I release this?

you can try a screw driver, it is the actual latch that you are talking about, I am assuming that you have the panel off, so trace it back to the handle or handle to latch whichever is easiest and see why it is not catching/working. The cable/rod may have lost it's keeper.

How do i remove the front door panels without damaging them?

There's a few tools you'll need:
panel removal tool $7-$10 (forked)
hand crank windows you'll also need a window crank removal tool
screw drivers - philips and small straight
Note pad and pen or pencil
zip lock plastic bag
May need:
socket set
allen and torx drivers

Use the note pad to make notes where everything goes.
Open the door all the way.
Use the straight screw driver to pop any small plastic covers off.
remove any screws that are holding the panel or arm rests or anything else attached to the door (this is where the socket, allen or torx drivers may come in handy)
put all the small part in the plastic bag.
starting at the bottom back corner start gently pulling the panel, you'll soon find spots where it's sticking, here you'll find plastic panel attachment pins. Using your panel removal tool, slide it under the panel and find the panel pins, slide the tool around the pins and pry them loose, You may find an extra screw you missed or a few panel pin toward the center, remove as before.
The panel should now be hanging by where it clips over the window edge (if working indoors, putting the window down ahead of time helps here) gentle lift and pull the panel up and off where it's hanging.
All that's left is disconnecting any wires, there will be clips molded into the sides to hold them in place, gently lift the clip and disconnect them.
Your panel should be loose.
Reverse to reinstall.

Paslode PowerMaster Plus F350S drive pin won't reset all the way back up? Any step by step instruction fix it or clean it up?

Most common cause for driver not returning is a worn or missing blade seal which is a washer with a slot found under lower bumper. Remove head and cylinder. Check that driver is not bent and slides snuggly thru slot in washer. If washer seems ok then check for missing check seal oring found at lower end of cylinder. Clean the holes under check seal. Finally check oring at driver piston. Oring should just hold piston in place without sliding down cylinder. The driver should not be too tight nor too loose. Re-assemble using silicone paste on all orings (small tube of silicone available at Lowes plumbing department, used to lube faucet orings). Good luck and post again if you have other questions.

How do you take out a transmission? we have gotten all of the bolts out and we are on the part it should just slide out and it wont slide out.

It might be stuck on the dow pins( line up pins) one on each side, you may have to tap a screwer driver in between the trans. and block to break it loose, spray them with some WD-40 or blaster and it should pop off.

I need to change my watch band

Where the band meets the watch - push the band a bit to expose the pins that hold it on.. The pins are spring loaded and will compress with the push from a tiny flat screw driver..

You can get replacement bands at most retal stores..

OR - take the watch to WalMart jewlrey dept and find a band that fits and they will help you chang it..

Good luck ;o)
