Whirlpool Side by Side Fridge fan sounds hitting coming from rear

There is a sound coming from the back of the refrigerator a few times a day. Sounds like a fan is hitting something.

Anyway to take the fridge apart and try to fix it? What could it be?

This is because of ice accumulation near fan assembly. ulplug fridge and keep it open for 48 hours until all ice melts.

How to reset code to turn up the heat on a dishwasher model #WDT9105AYE

You can't turn the heat up, just on or off. Are you using heated dry?? It sounds like the vent system in the door is either not working or blocked. Some dishwashers have a small trap door flap in the dishwasher door that is closed during wash and opens to vent steam during the dry cycle. Sounds like it is staying closed. If you have a higher end dishwasher, they usually have a fan motor that come on during dry that gets rid of steam and moisture. Just a few things to check.

Get the part I have ordered, and waited for, for 3 months to repair my new 6ED2FHGXVA01 refrigerator refrigerator. The service leaves a lot to be desired.,and is very third world.

Hello there,
This is not a Whirlpool Manufacturers site.
3 months sounds excessive..
I would recommend you contact 1) Whirlpool

and 2) The supposed local agent.

In both put as much information in the complaint as you can and demand an answer.
am sure Whirlpool themselves will be upset at this Service.

When starting my whirlpool dishwasher, it gives a continus bleep, then i turn off the plug then plug it in again it works?

Sounds like a defective circuit board and when you unplug it it changes back to the original state like hitting thr reset button. Might be a computer module.

It's a circulation problem so either the fan in the back of the freezer(circulates freezer and blows cold into fridge) or the defrost element. If the element is faulty the rear ices up and air won't flow. If fan is faulty it's not blowing the cold air. Remove rear panel if no ice it's the fan if its full of ice it needs the defrost element(usually get termination sensor also depending on type) If you open the freezer door and hold in the doorswitch you should hear the fan running if its working.

Drops of water are forming on the roof of my refrigerator and ice is forming in the freezer and it is not as cold in the refrigerator

Sounds like your defroster is not working...bad defrost control or the heater for the defroster is burned out....also need to check to see that the circulation fan in the freezer compartment is blowing ok. You could do the old fashioned thing and remove all the food for a while, leave the doors open, blow with a fan inside the compartments to warm it all up and defrost any ice that may be under the evaporator can not see this ice as it is under sheet metal. Also check that the little pan at the bottom of the refrigerator is ok and that the hose to it is not stopped up preventing water from getting to the pan during the defrost cycle.

Frigidaire fridge door makes a loud popping sound

You need to take the door off the hinges and remove the lower hinge plate from the bottom of the door. This is where I found my popping problem. The black bushing with the 3 bumps and dips on it is loose in the plate going into the door. I took black eletrical tape and rapped it around the part that goes into the plate to tighten the bushing up so it wouldn't turn anymore. ( This was a temp fix to see if the popping would go away) 3 Weeks later and still working. If the sound comes back I will put some double sided sticky back foam on it. Both doors were doing this on my fridge, and now its as quite as a mouse. I hope this fix works for you.

Hey guys, what is the model number of your dishwasher? The people/person that installed it could have wired it wrong. There is also a high limit (saftey device) that has tripped therefore not letting the element heat.As for the refrigerator it sounds like the compressor making that noise as they do tend to whine but not noticeable. If these appliances are less then a year old the should be under warranty.Let me know.
