It is possible that the dispenser is leaking. It is typically the left front dispenser, you may notice a puddle on the left side. ???

SOURCE: LF code appears and washer does not spin out

This is where to find the manual. When you get to it, it tells you that LF is for long fill which means it is taking longer than ten minutes to fill with water so it shuts off and displays the error code.

Bottom Line : Check your water pressure.

lf means long fill check your fill hoses and make sure the water is comeing out. sounds like a problem with your inlet valve and/or your water from your house is not right.

SOURCE: My Cabrio washer won't drain

There could be several things causing this problem. Have any small items gotten caught in the pump or between the basket and tub? You may be using a cycle with a low spin speed. If you need to remove excess water, select the Drain and Spin option. If the load is tightly packed it might cause the problem you're having. Are you using ONLY "HE" detergent? If so, be sure you're using the correct amount. To clean out residue from too much or wrong type of detergent select the "Rinse and Spin" option but do NOT add any detergent.
I hope this information helps. If it does, please rate my suggestion and its effectivness. Thanks!

Washing machine does not empty

see the causes and use the common sense, God bless you.
If your washer won't drain, check these: It spins, but doesn't pump It doesn't spin or pump It pumps, but the water returns It spins, but doesn't pump If your washer spins but doesn't pump the water out, the drain line is probably clogged. In many washers, a small sock or other piece of clothing can get between the clothes tub and the outer tub that holds the water. If the clothing gets between the tubs, it may then get into the drain hose that's attached to the pump--or even into the pump itself. If it's in the pump, you need to remove the hoses from the pump and pull the item out. To remove the sock from the outer tub port, open the washer's main access panel and remove the large-diameter rubber hose that connects the pump to the bottom of the outer tub. Then, using needle-nose pliers, try to grab and remove the clothing through the port. Sometimes you can't remove the stuck clothing from below. Then you have to remove the agitator, top of the outer drum shield, and inner clothes tub. This isn't easy to do--and you may need special tools--so you might be happier getting a qualified appliance repair technician to do the job. If the drain line isn't plugged, the problem may be with your pump. Even if the pump appears to be turning, the internal impeller may be broken. If so, you need to replace the pump. It doesn't spin or pump If your washer doesn't spin or pump water out but the motor is running, your washer probably has a frozen pump pulley. If so, you need to replace the pump. To check the pulley, remove the pump from the washer and try to rotate the pulley manually. If it doesn't turn freely--if it's frozen or stiff--replace it. It pumps, but the water returns If the water that pumps out of the machine goes back into the machine after the spin cycle, your washer may be siphoning the water from a laundry tub that has a slow drain, back into the washer. The usual remedy for this is to improve the draining of the laundry tub. (Is something stuck in the drain?) Also, check for these problems: If the drain hose reaches more than about 4 inches into the laundry tub, cut off the excess. If your drain hose is lower than the washer's cabinet, install an air gap/siphon break assembly.

Your drain hose has to be higher than the water level in the tub, almost up to the top of the tub

Small hand towel got spinned into the gap betwee the barrel and washer inside. Now barrel (drum) wont spin because the towel is in there. How do I get it out?

You can look between the tub and drum by raising the top of the machine and taking off the tub ring. To raise the top you unscrew the top screws in the back, ( the ones that hold the smaller galvanized piece of sheet metal behind the control panel). There is also two clips on the sides of the back with 2 screws in each, remove the top ones. You should be able to slide the cover forward while lifting. It will hinge on the 2 clips. Then prop the cover to keep it open. On top of the drum is the drum ring. It has clips on the sides of it that holds it on (be careful not to snap them off). Once off you can look into the space between the tub and the drum.
Good luck
Robert

Spin Cycle doesn't work on our GE Energy Star frontloader, please help

You may have to remove the lower panel and clean the drain pump filter. Easy job, once the panel is removed the filter will be right in front. Get a bucket and unscrew the filter cover (3 very small screws at the bottom of the front panel) and you should find a ton of lint and stuff in there. This model has a pressure switch that detects if there is water in the tub. If so it will do this pause and slow spin. Once the pump filter is clean you should be good again. It worked for me.
