Question about Hannspree HANNS pad SN10T1
I have tried reseting it and holding the volume + and off button at the same time but it is still at a black screen, it isn't even showing the hannspree logo.

Sounds like a boot loader failure
1. Power off the device. (Make sure to plug in AC power.)
2. Press and hold Volume Up(+) button and Power button at the same time for 5 seconds, and release both buttons to enter system recovery utility.
3. Press Volume button to select " wipe data / factory reset " and press Power button to execute
4. Press Volume button to select " Reboot System Now "and press Power button to execute
