Question about Blackberry Curve 8350i
In this case you would have to do a relaod of the operating system . You would need to download the Blackberry desktop software which can be found on the website , Under Software and then desktop software . Make sure you remove the battery and then plug it in to the desktop software to do the reload of the OS/
