Please make sure that the wireless sensor is working properly, and there shud not be any kind of disruption in the signals between laptop and keyboard.

There could be three issues here.....first go to control panel > regional and language settings and make sure that all the settings are for the country you are in,re: English-United States. Hit apply and ok to exit, when you change location there, you will be prompted to reboot. The second reason could be malware or a virus. run this program, perform a quick scan and then show results. Delete all that it finds. Then get this program....
Install this and it will ask you want to do a pre-boot scan, click yes and reboot. It will scan all your files before windows loads.
The third issue is a corrupt keyboard driver or bad circuit board on the keyboard. Try uninstalling the keyboard from the device manager in the control panel > system folder > hardware tab. When windows reboots, it will be forced to re-install the hardware and load a fresh driver. Hope this points you in a correct direction.
