Question about Kenmore 24032\24036 Top Load Washer
I have a Kenmore 700 Series washer which, after one year of usage, has decided to not go into its drain/spin cycle. Does anyone know of any consumer maintenance I am able to do prior to having a Sears repairman come out and charge me out the yin yang?
After reading the issues with Kenmore washers and dryers, I may never purchase another. Should have learned from experience of their Calypso washer, which if you still have you will eventually have to ditch... and purchase a new washer.
Thanks in advance with any suggestions.
WOW, THIS IS AN EASY FIX, YOUR LID CONTROL SWITCH IS BAD, YOU CAN EASILY BYPASS THIS OR REPLACE IT, I THINK THE PART IS AROUND $25

Something could be tangled around the agitator, like a gold chain or something small that could keep it from spinning or something could be stuck in water pump such as a baby sock that could keep it from spinning,
