Question about Facebook Social Network

Can't enter facebook, mail not recognized

Since this morning I can't enter my FB account. It says pw a/o mail are incorrect - which isn't -, then when I try to send me a new pw it says my e-mail address has not been confirmed. Whch isn't either, for I used it for more than a year...What's going on? I sent a notification to the customer support a couple of days ago but no answers so far...What can I do? is it possible my e-mail address has been "erased" by the system, thus hindering me to enter the site? I just did the stupid thing to enter no mail and just the pw, see how much I am desperate :-D
Thank a lot to any advice and, of course, to any solution...

Thanks a lot for the answer, I do not have that mail anymore (too much time has passed, I also changed my PC in the meantime...). I also thought at creating a new account with old mail, but I fear that..i create a new account. And then it would be impossible to connect to the old one due to the mismatch of mail addresses (if address is no longer associated with my "old" account, which is strange but it seems the case...). Cleanup, cookie and cache erasing is the first thing I tried (I cleared the index file also), the problem is on their side I think. And as for notifications...well, one of my first concern was to disable all notifications, as they were filling up my mail....Uhm...I cannot even hack my own account, as the problem isnt the password...
Damn, I feel like being closed out my home, with the keys safe inside...Only no door forcing isn't allowed here :-(

Hi reem. The malicious app could be a issue, by my antivirus program found nothing, even in deep scanning. I also disabled any firewall, back to the router itself. If the app you refer to is on facebook, well, now I cannot knwo, but I'm pretty sure the reason is not this. I already sent two e-mail to their Team, and yes, using the page you linked. In mail 1 I stated my address may be not working: they sent me a mail to which I replied, and now it's up to them. In mail 2, I used the form provided stating the problem as above. Still waiting.
I tried accessing my profile through a friend's page, and everything is still there and untouched! and as for notifications...well, I disabled them all a few days after I had set up my account...I fear I skipped none.
I see no solutions, the only thing is facebook team accessing the root configuration of my address to assign what can be a broken link to my e-mail address, or something like that. Problem is time...I won't try to set a new account up with old (and only) mail address, for I fear it will be accepted (as no more assigned to the old profile), and, by the way, this step is strongly suggested not to be done by FB Team, as it would create quite a problem when they (when they?) go there checking.
Today I'll try on my workplace computer, where cookies should be still intact (at home I clear all private data at Firefox closing), but I don't see how this could solve the problem, but I tried almost anything so far.
    What a situation...

If your email address has changed since you opened your account, you may want to go back to that address and check for any notices. Check your spam box, too. It's possible you installed a malicious app and your account was suspended, and they've put you on probation until you email them.

Are you still getting email notices from FB (people messaged/poked/commented on you-did you ever get these? They're on by default).

Can other friends still access your page? Call somebody up and ask them to go to your profile.

    I assume you've been to

HI , If you can find the confirmation email you recieved a year ago you could try and reactivate your account and then ask for a password reset , If you confused they say they dont know your email address , A good test would be to try and sign up a new account using your email and see if it says you can not because that email is allreadt in use ?? ,You could allways get a friend to post a message to you via facebook and see if your notified by email of this and click its link?..

Also , clear all your cookies and offline content, do a disk cleanup , you may have corrupted a cookie..

Unblock my Facebook account?

If FB has blocked your account due to too many password attempts, it is only for 24 hours. After that, open FB and click "Forgot my Password." You will receive an email allowing you to reset your PW. You may be asked to confirm your ID by answering your security question, receiving a number by text on your cellphone, or entering your birthdate.

I cant able to open my fb account as i am entering my mailid and password it is taking me to google search

You need to verify your E-mail address in order to use Facebook and FB chat properly.
An activation mail is sent to your E-mail account when you sign up for Facebook.
That mail contains a link / key to activate your Facebook account.
Check your inbox / spam folder, you'll find your Verification mail there.

You can check this out for reference :

I forgot my password in facebook account, how do i get it without confirmation code?

You have to use your E-Mail account that you use to login for your FB account.

* Use the link below to reset your password

* Enter your e-mail id for the password confirmation code

* Go to your email account and verify the FB mail in which the code has been sent.

* Use the code in the FB and reset the password for your account

Without the confirmation code its not possible to reset a FB account password.
