Question about Jensen VM9510 Car DVD Player
I have a Jensen VM9311TS dvd player and it's not holding any memory. every time i shut the car off it reboots itself and everything has to be reset. Anyone know how to fix it??
This is almost always related to an installation error. The yellow wire at the back of the unit needs to be connected to a constant voltage source that doesn't switch off with the key. It's possible that the connections to your red and yellow wires are reversed.
