That is a hard one. I don't know if Omega would still have those, but I would e-mail them and find out. The # you need to give them is on the inside back of your watch. You need to open it with a very sharp knife, there probibly is a little notched area for you to put the knife into, if not just slowly press the knife edge into the seam between the watch case and the back. Once inside take the numbers of the iside back and give that to Omega. If they don't have it you may have to get genaric pair, or perhaps a nearby watch repairman has them. Good Luck!!!
