Question about HP LaserJet 3055 All-In-One Printer
The printer pauses between printing pages of a doc
Could be a problem with the formatter. The brain of the printer. You could try doing a factory reset.

Perform the following in the order given
(1) Open the printer properties, in ADVANCED tab, select "Start Print Immediately". If not solved then
(2) The paper delivery sensor may be obstructed due to dust. Blow clean the pin holes at both ends (optical path) of the sensor. If needed wipe with a cotton bud. If not solved then
(3) Perform a NVRAM (refer attached page for step by step process)

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

SOURCE: HOW WILL I UNPAUSED MY PRINTER?
There should be a printer icon in the notification area. You can double-click on that to bring up the printer status. If the icon is not there, you can go to Start -> Control Panel -> Printers and double-click on your printer. The first item in the print queue should be listed as paused. Right-clock on it and select Resume from the context menu.

I seriously doubt that this is a network spooler issue but I guess there is a possibility. I was thinking that there is a setting with the paper on the actual printer or something about waiting to start the job until all pages are in memory. I have the problem with a 4300 not a 4100

SOURCE: PRINTER IS IN PAUSE MODE.
Pause is set in your computer, you have to go to control panel, printers, and then right click on the printer icon for the printer you are using. Pause is about the third choice down and you need to un-check it and that takes it off of pause.

it seems you might need to rest teh PC..
Once you have done that and assuming you are running windows pls do the following (while the printer is OFF)
1. Go to "Start", "Run"
2. Type: CMD
3. press "Enter"
(now you should be in a DOS terminal window)
4. type: net stop spooler
5. type: net start spooler
6. type: exit
Turn on the printer...you should be clear now :)
(If this works for you, please grade this response)
