Why is the phone not picking up the GSM signal?

Try the SIM on another phone and if the same problem is seen then it can be related to a faulty SIM. Please check the network coverage of the provider in your area. Also counter check the phone with a working SIM to confirm the phone.

Samsung sgh-m200 has no network

No Network error only appear if your phone is not getting the service provider's signal. You need to check the status of your account from your mobile service provider by calling them. You can also check if the sim is properly inserted. You can also check the capability of using compatible sim card to your phone to isolate faulty sim card issues. Try to insert the sim card to another compatible phone as well. if sim card to another compatible phone works then there is a problem from your phone's end by getting a signal.

1994 ford thunderbird flashers work but blinkers do not

There are two possibilities:-- 1) The flasher relay or 2) The turn signal switch.
check flasher relay, but most likely the fault is the turn signal switch . ---------- The turn signal / hazard flasher relay is located behind the dash, right of the steering column. -------- Since the hazards do work this eliminates a faulty relay as both the hazards and turn signals use the same relay to function. This leads to either faulty wiring at the multifunction (turn signal) switch or a faulty switch itself. It is always a good idea to check the wiring before purchasing the switch.Starting at the switch its the lever. And the switch wiring gets connected to relay. Test it with a meter to see if it is getting power when it is supposed to (turned ON ). If it is then wiring is OK and switch is bad. If it's not getting power then there is a open circuit somewhere in between.so its the wiring problem. ------------ this will help.Thanks.Helpmech.

Network, Not charging,

It is clear to say that your phone is dead right? Just want to clarify first, did your phone experienced an undesireable thing before it does not recieved anymore signals and dont charge? Okay..Lets presume that it goes that way. So what I want you to do is to make an operation on your phone. Remove the battery and sim. Place other battery into your phone and then connect the charger. If it is charging then this will lead you to an idea of what is really happening of your phone. We might consider the battery is faulty. Place the sim back into your phone, power up. If you see that it is catching signal then your phone now is okay. But if none of this make things right then I suggest that you go to an cellphone repair center so that your phone will be check its hardware system.

Nokia 6500s no signal or service

It can only be three things.

Phone is faulty
Network is not available
SIM card is faulty

Go your phone service provider with another phone and your SIM card and ask them to check it, your SIM Card in that phone using the IMEI number for the borrowed phone. Test it. Ask them to switch the IMEI number back to your phone.

As your phone is 10 years old, I believe it has come to the end of its life. Now you can get a decent phone.

Hi there..i have a signal problem with my nokia 6500

Try checking with your service provider if there's any outage problem in your area. Which is possible since you don't have any bars for signal on your phone.

My voice cannot be heard by other person for brief periods

If the problem repeated when you swapped your SIM card to another phone, it rules out it being a hardware issue. You can take your SIM card to a cellular store and have them replace it. That should fix the issue. I doubt it is the card itself since the card simply holds your account info for accessing the network. It sounds more like an issue within the network where the internal settings associated with your SIM # weren't properly set. Getting a new SIM card will force the system to fully set and associate your account with the SIM and should (fingers crossed) help fix the issue. Good luck!

SIM card not valid

Hi thee, I list here the possible reasons for "Sim card not valid"

1 - The phone is locked to a different network. In this case the phone usually accept the sim card the same , and has no network, but sometimes it may return the error message. Unlock the phone at a local shop.

2 - the SIM card is faulty. Test the card on a different phone to find out.

3 - The phone is faulty. Test the phone with different Sim cards, if the Phone returns same error on all cards, then the phone is faulty.
