Question about Creative Labs Zen Digital Media Player
I cannot open my player, and always loading When i try to connect my Creative Zen Vision:M 30 GB player (this was not listed here so i listed it as the 60 GB) to my laptop, it shows that the player is charging, but it does not say "docked" or show the "docked" image. Sometimes, though rarely, it also says usb device not recognized or that the usb device can perform faster, but it still does not show that it is docked, and when i go to the creative media player it says that the player is not connected. When i connect it to my family's pc (which is much older than my laptop) it works fine. I do not live with my family and do not have access to their pc all the time and most of my music is on my laptop so i'd really like to make it work with my laptop! I have upgraded my player to the latest version 1.62.02 and have also formatted my player and it still does not work with my laptop! What should i do next? Thanks. how will you go into recovery mode?
Turn off CPU, Unplug Power cable, And all usb devices, let it sit for about 20mins. Plug it all back in. Turn on the CPU!
